We provide a flexible cancellation process depending on when you decide to cancel your booking:
More than 30 days before departure:
Full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of INR 2,000 per person.
Any partial payments made are non-refundable in all cases.
15 to 30 days before departure:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Partial payments made are non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure:
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.
Partial payments made are non-refundable in all cases.
Medical Emergencies:
If you are unable to travel due to a medical emergency, we require a doctor’s certificate or medical report. Based on the nature of the emergency, we may offer:
A partial refund (subject to approval).
A chance to reschedule your trip to a later date, subject to availability.
Partial payments made are non-refundable in all cases.
Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance may cover trip cancellations, especially in unforeseen situations, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to covered reasons as per the insurance policy.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):
In cases where the trip is impacted by force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, government travel bans, or any other event beyond our control, we will:
Offer a full refund of the trip cost or the option to reschedule your trip at no extra charge.
Partial payments are non-refundable in such cases, as they may have been used for non-refundable travel services or third-party bookings.
If you fail to show up at the scheduled departure point or miss your flight or transport, no refund will be issued. This is considered a no-show, and 100% of the total booking cost is forfeited, including any partial payments made.
More than 30 days before departure:
You may reschedule your trip at no additional cost, except for a nominal rescheduling fee of INR 1,500 per person.
Partial payments are non-refundable, and the new booking will be subject to the same terms as the original booking.
15 to 30 days before departure:
A rescheduling fee of INR 2,000 per person will apply.
Any partial payments made are non-refundable and will be applied towards the new trip.
Less than 15 days before departure:
Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of departure will be treated as cancellations, and applicable cancellation fees will apply.

Kindly include your booking reference number and any supporting documents if applicable (e.g., doctor's note for medical emergencies).
We will assist you in processing your cancellation or rescheduling request and notify you of the refund status.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after cancellation or rescheduling requests are confirmed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for booking (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Bank Charges:
Any bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred due to refund processing will be deducted from your refund amount.
Partial Payments:
Any partial payments made towards the trip, whether for deposits or installment plans, are non-refundable in all cases. This is due to the nature of booking third-party services such as flights, accommodations, and excursions.
Promotional or Discounted Bookings:
For bookings made under promotional offers or special discounts, the cancellation terms may differ, and some offers may be non-refundable. Please check the specific terms related to any discounts or offers before booking.
